This is one of the worst event companies I’ve encountered. We booked a candle-making workshop for our clients at 1 PM. Thankfully, we arrived early at 12:30 PM, only to find the place completely unprepared. We had to knock on the staff room door to find anyone, as the area was empty when we reached level 2. It wasn’t until 12:38 PM that they started setting up tables and bringing out the equipment. Some of our clients arrived early at 12:55 PM, and the setup was still incomplete. I initially expected a more professional experience, but the facilitator, Hannah, looked very unkempt and seemed uninterested in her role. I will definitely not engage their services again
