Went to FunEmpire laser tag for department team bonding. Venue was smaller than expected which was fine. However we will not be back again:1, Service was not ideal. Believe the facilitators are all part-timers who are all students. Asked them about parking when we arrive at the venue as one of our colleagues drove there, the male facilitator was dismissive and not helpful at all. He told us to park at the mall which was some distance away when we were already at the venue and it was raining outside at that time. We asked him if it was possible for us to park downstairs just for an hour (there were available lots). He seemed quite annoyed and said something like he won't be responsible if the car was clamped.2, We booked the laser tag session at 5:30pm to 6:30pm. We were also told to reach earlier at 5:15pm which we did. However by 5:25pm, they were still preparing to set up the venue.3, We were told the guns were sanitized at the end of the game. However, each round before we start, the facilitators placed the guns and vest on the ground. I am not sure if there's any point to sanitize the tools if they are going to place them on the floor at the start of every round.4, Small matter but there was a water point with no cups! Do remember to bring bottles if not you won't be able to get any water at all.Believe it will be more fun for participants if the facilitators are better trained.
